The official web portal for 6º Registro de Imóveis do Rio de Janeiro was engineered to provide a secure, modern, and efficient digital platform for notary public services and citizen inquiries. The architecture pairs WordPress’s flexible content administration with a dedicated integration to the ServCom system, streamlining online notary operations and real-time process tracking.

Technologies Used & Technical Implementation:

  1. HTML5: Establishes semantic page markup, ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards, search engine visibility (SEO), and cross-browser reliability.

  2. CSS3: Powers visual styling and responsive layout architecture, delivering an elegant and mobile-first user interface for all screen sizes.

  3. WordPress: Serves as the core Content Management System (CMS), enabling the administrative team to easily maintain institutional pages, fee tables, news, and official announcements.

  4. JavaScript: Handles client-side interactivity, form validations, dynamic UI controls, and real-time response rendering for online queries.

  5. ACF (Advanced Custom Fields): Employed for back-end data structuring in WordPress, enabling customized control panels and flexible page layouts tailored to registry workflows.

  6. ServCom Integration: Custom API/web-service middleware linking the front-end platform directly with the ServCom notary management software, enabling real-time status tracking for deeds, certificates, and online registry services.
